1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kf99 ("kf99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kf99.io. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by kf99, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kf99 platform and, if applicable, close your account. kf99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current effective date is displayed in the page header above.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use kf99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kf99 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, group, or legal entity is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing kf99 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any such person associated with kf99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits participation in online gambling.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3. Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on the kf99 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be immediately suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kf99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify kf99 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. kf99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant account balances, provided the account balance does not fall below zero.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting kf99 support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the original deposit method after all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.
• kf99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where kf99 suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity.

4. Use of the Platform

kf99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the kf99 platform, software, or content.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kf99 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal offence.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking technologies.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kf99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kf99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• kf99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• kf99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if, in its sole judgement, a player has engaged in irregular or fraudulent betting patterns in connection with a bonus.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

kf99 accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). All deposits are credited to the player's kf99 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kf99 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. Players who have not submitted and passed KYC verification will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours for bKash and Nagad, 1–48 hours for Rocket and Upay, and up to 72 hours for Visa/Mastercard and USDT transfers, subject to verification status.
• kf99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be rejected. Only real-money balances that have cleared all wagering obligations are eligible for withdrawal.

7. Security & Fair Play

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kf99 platform — including but not limited to the kf99 brand name, logo, visual design, graphics, text, game assets, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of kf99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use kf99's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, publish, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the kf99 platform or its content without the prior written consent of kf99. Any unauthorised use of kf99 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kf99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the platform and its services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The kf99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

kf99 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity that prevent access to the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional details that were the result of a technical error.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if kf99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses or damages arising from acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, natural disaster, or any other event outside kf99's reasonable control (force majeure).

In any event, kf99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

Gambling on kf99 is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. kf99 strongly discourages gambling as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or as a coping mechanism for stress, depression, or other personal difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform per session or per day. A session timeout notification will be displayed when your limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

Data shared with payment partners and identity verification providers is limited to the minimum necessary for the relevant transaction or verification to be completed.

12. Amendments & Termination

kf99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of kf99 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

kf99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if kf99 determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all outstanding verifications, investigations, and bonus wagering obligations have been resolved. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
